With our secure and easy to use web based format, homeowners can create an anonymous online account that allows them to upload pictures and descriptive details of their property to the BidMySale.ca website.
Real Estate Agents can then securely preview pictures and details of all homeowner properties online for free. When a Real Estate Agent sees a property they would like to list, a link is available that allows the agent to complete a detailed sales proposal, including the agents contact information, and submit it directly to the homeowner's account.
Remember that the homeowner's contact information always remains anonymous. Our strict confidentiality policy dictates that the homeowners name and contact information is never listed on the BidMySale.ca website, is never made public and never revealed or sold to any third party. When the homeowner receives any number of suitable proposals they can reply to the agent or agents and provide their contact information. If the homeowner has not received a suitable sales proposal or competitive commission rate the homeowner is not obliged to respond to any of the proposals or reply to any of the agents.
BidMySale.ca is not a "For Sale By Owner" web site. The owners of the properties you see here are INVITING PROPOSALS FROM REAL ESTATE AGENTS.
